NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
The GDE01 Corvette C8 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by GoldDrive Exotics LLC (the “Sponsor”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The anticipated random drawing will take place on January 2, 2027.
Sponsor’s designated entry-management system will serve as the official timekeeping device.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, promotion partners, and any appointed administrator, together with their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, territorial, and local laws.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable law.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding entry validation, eligibility, winner selection, and prize administration will be made in good faith and consistently with these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all applicable requirements.
5. HOW TO ENTER — DIGITAL ARTWORK PURCHASE
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may purchase designated digital artwork through the official GoldDrive Exotics website.
Eligible Product: C8 Corvette 3LT Z51 Digital Artwork
Purchase Price: $25.00 USD per digital artwork
Entry Allocation: One (1) Sweepstakes entry per eligible digital artwork purchased.
Examples:
- One artwork purchased = one entry.
- Five artworks purchased = five entries.
- Ten artworks purchased = ten entries.
There are no bonus entry multipliers.
There is no fixed per-person limit on eligible artwork purchases under this promotion.
Eligible entries will be recorded using Shopify transaction records and Sponsor’s designated entry-management system.
Purchases must be completed successfully and must not involve fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment methods, or other prohibited activity.
The artwork is a digital product delivered electronically according to the product description and applicable purchase terms.
6. HOW TO ENTER — FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY
No purchase or payment is required to enter the Sweepstakes.
Eligible participants may obtain free entries by mailing a handwritten entry request.
Each request must include the following information, handwritten legibly on a 3-inch by 5-inch card:
- Full legal name.
- Date of birth.
- Complete residential mailing address.
- Email address.
- Telephone number.
- The words “GDE01 Giveaway.”
Place one completed card inside a standard No. 10 envelope, affix sufficient postage, and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in request will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Only one entry request may be included per envelope.
Maximum Free Entries: Five (5) valid mail-in requests per person, per giveaway.
Each request must be submitted individually. Bulk submissions, mechanically reproduced requests, fraudulent submissions, and submissions made through unauthorized third-party entry services may be rejected.
Mail-In Postmark Deadline: December 26, 2026.
Mail-In Receipt Deadline: December 31, 2026.
Mail-in requests received after December 31, 2026, will not be included in the drawing.
Sponsor will manually review and validate eligible mail-in requests before assigning entry numbers.
Each valid free entry will have the same weight in the random drawing as an eligible purchase entry.
7. ENTRY AVAILABILITY AND LIMITS
The GDE01 promotion has a target of 6,000 eligible digital artwork sales, at $25 per artwork.
The target represents $150,000 in potential gross artwork revenue before expenses and does not represent a guaranteed number of sales.
Valid free entries will be added to the eligible drawing pool.
Accordingly, the total number of eligible drawing entries may exceed 6,000.
The 6,000-artwork target is not a limit of 6,000 individual participants.
The final number of eligible drawing entries will depend on the number of valid purchase entries and valid free entries received.
Sponsor will not represent that the drawing is limited to exactly 6,000 total entries if additional eligible free entries are included.
8. ENTRY NUMBERS AND RECORDS
Each validated eligible entry will receive a unique entry number.
Sponsor will maintain records of entries using its designated entry-management system, including Shopify records and Airtable or an equivalent platform.
Entry records may include the assigned entry number, entrant information, entry method, associated order or mail-in submission, and validation status.
Sponsor will reconcile and validate the eligible entry pool before conducting the drawing.
Sponsor may publish eligible entry numbers for transparency while protecting entrants’ personal information.
The final eligible entry list and drawing records will be retained in accordance with applicable law.
9. OFFICIAL PRIZES
Three (3) prizes will be awarded.
FIRST PLACE — GRAND PRIZE
The verified first-place winner will choose one of the following:
Option A: One (1) previously owned 2021 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray Convertible 3LT Z51, with an estimated approximate retail value of $65,000 USD.
OR
Option B: $50,000 USD in cash.
The first-place winner receives only one of these alternatives.
SECOND PLACE
One (1) cash prize of $2,000 USD.
THIRD PLACE
One (1) cash prize of $1,000 USD.
Maximum Total Advertised Prize Value: $68,000 USD, assuming the vehicle is awarded at its stated approximate retail value.
If the first-place winner selects the $50,000 cash alternative, the total cash prizes awarded will equal $53,000 USD.
The approximate retail value of the vehicle is a good-faith estimate. Actual fair market value may differ.
No difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value will be awarded in cash.
10. GRAND-PRIZE SELECTION
The verified first-place winner may choose either the advertised Corvette or the $50,000 cash alternative.
The winner must communicate their choice in writing within seven (7) calendar days after verification.
Once the choice is accepted and documented, it is final, except as otherwise required by law.
If the first-place winner selects cash, the Corvette will not automatically be awarded to the second-place winner.
The second- and third-place prizes remain the cash amounts specified in Section 9.
Prizes are nontransferable before award except as permitted by applicable law.
Sponsor may substitute a prize only where legally permitted and in accordance with these Official Rules.
11. VEHICLE CONDITION AND TRANSFER
The Corvette is a previously owned vehicle and will be awarded in its disclosed condition, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor will satisfy or arrange the lawful release of any outstanding lien before transferring the vehicle.
Sponsor will provide the documentation legally necessary to transfer title to the verified winner.
The winner is responsible for applicable taxes, registration, licensing, insurance, and other expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
The winner is also responsible for transportation or travel expenses associated with collecting the vehicle.
Vehicle pickup will be coordinated with Sponsor in South Florida at a mutually agreed location.
Sponsor may offer delivery arrangements at its discretion, but delivery expenses are not included unless Sponsor confirms otherwise in writing.
The winner may be required to provide valid identification, proof of insurance, and documentation necessary to complete the transfer.
The winner must comply with applicable vehicle registration, inspection, safety, and emissions requirements.
No additional vehicle warranty is provided by Sponsor except to the extent expressly stated or required by applicable law.
12. RANDOM DRAWING
The anticipated drawing date is January 2, 2027.
The drawing will be conducted from the complete pool of validated eligible entries.
Sponsor intends to use RANDOM.ORG or another documented random-number selection method.
Three potential winners will be selected in the following order:
- First-place grand-prize winner.
- Second-place winner.
- Third-place winner.
Each prize will be awarded to a different verified individual.
Sponsor may select alternate potential winners in a documented random sequence if an initially selected person is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required verification.
The drawing may be broadcast on the official GoldDrive Exotics Instagram account.
Sponsor will maintain documentation of the drawing, including the final eligible entry pool and selected entry numbers.
13. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of eligible entries held by each participant.
Every valid entry has an equal chance of selection for a given drawing position.
The total number of entries may exceed the digital artwork sales target because valid free entries are included.
14. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information provided with their entries.
Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within three (3) calendar days following the drawing.
Potential winners must respond and complete required verification within seven (7) calendar days after the initial notification.
Sponsor may make reasonable additional contact attempts.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
No person is an official winner until eligibility and required documentation have been verified.
15. WINNER VERIFICATION AND TAXES
Potential winners may be required to complete and return:
- An affidavit or declaration of eligibility.
- Applicable liability and publicity releases.
- Identity-verification documentation.
- IRS Form W-9 or other legally required tax documentation.
- Vehicle-transfer and prize-acceptance documents, when applicable.
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, territorial, and local taxes associated with their prizes.
Sponsor will comply with applicable tax-reporting and withholding obligations and issue required tax forms.
Prize values reported for tax purposes will be determined according to applicable tax law.
Social Security numbers and other sensitive information will be collected only through appropriate procedures for legally necessary verification or reporting.
16. PUBLICITY
Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city and state or territory, photograph, likeness, voice, and prize-award footage for lawful advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Separate consent will be obtained where required.
Sponsor may photograph or record the vehicle handover or prize ceremony with appropriate consent.
17. FRAUD AND ENTRY MANIPULATION
Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions, falsified information, unauthorized purchases, duplicate or manipulated entries, automated submissions, and interference with the Sweepstakes.
Entries or entrants may be disqualified for substantiated violations of these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor may reject fraudulent transactions and take appropriate action against attempts to manipulate the entry system or drawing.
Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject otherwise eligible entries.
18. TECHNICAL FAILURES
Sponsor is not responsible for technical problems beyond its reasonable control, including internet interruptions, unavailable servers, delayed communications, software failures, or corrupted submissions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
If circumstances materially compromise the fairness, security, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may take lawful corrective action consistent with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
Sponsor will not cancel, extend, or materially modify the Sweepstakes solely because artwork sales do not reach the target.
19. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its authorized representatives will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside their reasonable control in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, statutory consumer rights, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
20. PRIVACY
Sponsor may collect and use personal information to administer the Sweepstakes, validate entries, contact potential winners, award prizes, comply with applicable law, and maintain required records.
Information may be shared with authorized service providers, professional advisers, tax authorities, or government agencies when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled according to Sponsor’s published Privacy Policy, available through the official website.
Sponsor will not publicly disclose entrants’ sensitive personal information as part of the entry-number list.
21. SOCIAL MEDIA AND MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform.
These platforms are not responsible for the Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes.
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Chevrolet, General Motors, or any other vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, including Florida law and any mandatory laws protecting entrants in their jurisdictions of residence.
Nothing in these Official Rules deprives entrants of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
24. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND WINNER LIST
Following verification, Sponsor intends to announce the official winners through its website and/or official social media accounts.

25. SWEEPSTAKES SCAM PREVENTION
GoldDrive Exotics LLC will never require a potential winner to purchase additional artwork, pay a prize-release fee, or provide credit card information as a condition of receiving an advertised prize.
Potential winners may be required to provide lawful identification, tax documentation, and other information necessary for verification and prize delivery.
Sponsor will not request payment through gift cards, cryptocurrency transfers, or unofficial social media accounts as a condition of claiming a prize.

26. COMPLETE OFFICIAL RULES
These Official Rules govern the GDE01 Sweepstakes.
Sponsor will make the rules available through its official website and administer the Sweepstakes consistently with applicable law.
Any amendments or changes will be made only where legally permitted and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
