Overview

Gold Drive Exotics operates this online store and website. These Terms of Service govern your access to the website and your purchase and use of our digital artwork and related services. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

1. Eligibility and customer information

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account and download credentials secure.

2. Digital products

Products sold by Gold Drive Exotics are digital downloads unless a listing clearly states otherwise. No physical item is included and no physical shipment will be made. Colors and appearance can vary between screens, devices, and print processes. Product descriptions, prices, edition quantities, and availability may be updated before an order is accepted.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. Prices and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. No shipping charge applies to a digital-only product. We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, fraud is suspected, inventory is unavailable, or store information contains a material error.

4. Digital delivery and access

Download access is delivered to the email address used at checkout after payment is confirmed. The buyer is responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam or filtered folders. Access links are personal to the purchaser and must not be published or shared. Unless a product page states otherwise, each assigned link may be used for up to two successful downloads. If a valid order does not receive access, contact us with the checkout email and order number.

5. License and permitted use

Unless a product page includes different written license terms, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the artwork on personal devices and to create prints for your own non-commercial use. Ownership and copyright are not transferred. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload for public access, mint as a token, or use the file in merchandise, advertising, branding, or other commercial work without prior written permission from Gold Drive Exotics. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Refunds

Digital purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Because digital access can be delivered immediately, completed downloads are generally not returnable. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The store, its branding, text, graphics, artwork, and other content are owned by or licensed to Gold Drive Exotics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the store or its security and download controls. You may use the store only for lawful purposes.

8. Third-party services and Shopify

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics, and customer-service providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Purchases are made directly from Gold Drive Exotics, not Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information required to process an order may be shared with Shopify and service providers that support payment, fraud prevention, digital delivery, and customer support.

10. Availability, warranties, and liability

We aim to keep the store and delivery services available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and digital products are provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Gold Drive Exotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or a digital product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. We may suspend access when these Terms, applicable law, or download security controls are violated. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Gold Drive Exotics is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
